The objectives of the training course “Using the 32 PersonalityTypes® Test” are as follows:

  • Discover and understand the model on which the Préférences® test is based and what it assesses,
  • Identify your personality by analyzing your test results, discover your core preferences, and gain a better understanding of how they impact your personal and professional fulfillment,
  • Know how to use the Préférences® assessment with others in order to recruit candidates who are truly suited to their roles, looking beyond technical skills,
  • Know how to use the Préférences® test with others to help individuals identify their personality type, thereby gaining a better understanding of their motivations, communication styles, and areas for growth, and to provide them with personal and professional development strategies tailored to their individual profiles.

Target audience:

The "Using the 32 Personality Types Preferences® Test" training course is designed for anyone with responsibilities in the fields of human resources, recruitment, skills development, career coaching, or consulting.

It is particularly well-suited for HR managers, recruiters, managers, consultants, coaches, trainers, and career counselors who wish to enhance their practices through the use of the Préférences® test.

During the “Using the 32 Personality Types® Test” training course, participants
are guided by an expert trainer. The trainer may use all or some of the following techniques:

  • Brainstorming,
  • Knowledge sharing,
  • Concrete examples and case studies,
  • Practical exercises,
  • Educational tools,
  • Role-playing situations.

Means of organizing face-to-face training

You have a choice of training courses:

  • On the premises of ORIENTACTION in Le Mans,
  • On-site: The trainer conducts the training at your company’s location (travel and accommodation expenses are included in the quote).

Ways of organizing distance learning

  • Training will be carried out via synchronous distance learning using the ZOOM tool.
  • The Zoom meeting links will be provided by the Training Center.

Remote educational and technical support and assistance



Support and assistance are provided by the same trainer who conducts the training. This support and assistance are provided via email or, in case of an emergency, by phone. The trainer’s contact information is provided to
the start of the training. The trainer must respond within 48 hours. In
the event that the trainer cannot be reached after this time has elapsed, you must contact the
educational coordinator, whose contact information is listed in the welcome booklet.

Means for monitoring action implementation and results

At the end of the training course, the trainee fills in an attendance sheet and a satisfaction questionnaire, enabling him/her to assess the training's contribution.

On completion of the course, you will :

  • Take a knowledge assessment quiz to evaluate the level of knowledge and skills acquired during the course,

  • You will complete a satisfaction survey to evaluate the quality of the training program (the trainer’s teaching skills, the quality of the training materials, etc.).
