5 steps to a successful career change

Your ORIENTACTION consultant will provide you with supportive guidance throughout your skills assessment. Our method, which complies with the requirements of the Labor Code, ensures a structured and secure process. Over the course of 5 or 8 two-hour sessions (depending on the package), we will work together to explore your aspirations and skills in order to develop a realistic and achievable career plan. A follow-up session is also offered after 6 months, via phone, video call, or in person.
