- Training with a recruitment professional.
Drawing up an action plan
- Plan the stages of your job search strategy: define the necessary stages and their duration (self-training and certifications, writing a CV and cover letter, prospecting, etc.), draw up a retro-planning schedule,
- Develop marketing actions: target your market and companies, position yourself (highlight relevant skills and experience), use communication media,
- Mobilize your online and offline networks effectively.
Implement your action plan
- Carry out actions in the field, analyze results and update action plans (business surveys, etc.),
- Actively prospect through the various job search channels: direct canvassing (telephone, email and travel), on social networks, at trade fairs and events, responding to offers or sending unsolicited applications.
We recommend organizing a half-day practice analysis and/or feedback session two to four months after the training with the various participants.
