Passing the "Accompanying a beneficiary of a skills assessment" certification course
Objectives
At the end of the course, you will be able to take the two tests for the "Accompagner un bénéficiaire d'un bilan de compétences" certification, registered in France Compétences' specific repertoire (RS) under n°6340.
- Test 1: conduct an information session on skills assessment, mastering all its components (listening and reformulating needs, presenting methodology and financing methods).
- The candidate is expected to master all the components of this interview, and to be able to adapt to all situations, including the most specific.
- Test 2: writing and defending a dissertation based on the support provided to a skills assessment beneficiary, using the template provided and including :
- An analysis of the beneficiary's initial request,
- A detailed analysis of the skills assessment process (interviews, exercises, etc.).
Target audience & prerequisites
The "Réussir sa certification - Accompagner un(e) bénéficiaire d'un bilan de compétences" training course is open to consultants with 6 months' experience of accompanying beneficiaries of a skills assessment.

Training :
The training course lasts 21 hours divided into 4 mornings and 1 full day in full distance learning.
Certification :
Certification lasts 1 hour.
The course
The "Réussir sa certification - Accompagner un(e) bénéficiaire d'un bilan de compétences" training course is structured in three main parts.
The information interview
- Theoretical training
- Reminder of the different sequences of the information interview,
- Reminder of the different financing methods,
- Presentation of the expectations of the certification test.
- Practical training
- Practical exercises with group evaluation,
- Practical exercises with questioning by the trainer,
- Real-life simulation of the exercise in front of a jury.
Teaching aids used :
- The sales method,
- Audio presentation of the information interview,
- Financing guide,
- Billing file transmission form.
Writing the memoir
- Theoretical training
- Presentation of the brief's objectives,
- Presentation of the different parts of the brief,
- Presentation of the substantive and formal rules to be respected,
- Presentation of submission deadlines,
- Presentation of dissertation evaluation criteria.
- Practical training
- Individual preparation of a detailed plan for the dissertation,
- Group presentation of detailed plan, comments and suggestions for improvement,
- Work in pairs to proofread and correct the dissertation.

Preparing for the defense
- Theoretical training
- Presentation of the objectives of the defense,
- Presentation of the procedure for the defense,
- Presentation of the evaluation criteria for the oral presentation.
- Practical training
- Practical exercises with group evaluation,
- Practical exercises with questioning by the trainer,
- Real-life simulation of the exercise in front of a jury.
For the administrative file, three examples will be presented by the participant to the other members of the group.
Target skills
The "Réussir sa certification - Accompagner un(e) bénéficiaire d'un bilan de compétences" course aims to acquire and validate the following three skills:

Conducting an information interview
Be able to conduct a comprehensive information interview adapted to all financing situations. Know how to analyze your strengths and weaknesses. Be able to question yourself in order to improve. -
Mastering administrative procedures
Understand all the financing methods and administrative procedures involved in skills assessment. Be able to justify one's choices and advise a beneficiary by proposing alternatives adapted to his/her situation. -
Analyze your coaching practice
Be able to analyze your support practice and adjust it to the needs of the person you are supporting. Write a high-quality skills assessment summary. Accompany the beneficiary in the construction of a realistic and coherent project. The aim of this training course is to develop the skills needed to self-analyze one's own practice in order to improve the quality of one's support.
Teaching resources, methods and supervision techniques
The teaching methods used in the training program are based on a number of different elements:
- For the skills assessment information interview, training participants are asked to carry out mock interviews in front of the other participants. The other participants and the trainer comment on the participant's performance, using an analysis grid, and suggest areas for improvement.
- As far as administrative tasks are concerned, participants in the training program draw up a complete administrative file to implement and certify the successful completion of the skills assessment.
- In terms of performance, participants work individually and in groups to draw up a detailed plan for the dissertation they will then have to prepare.
- For the oral presentation, trainees take part in a one-day simulation of a jury to put them in real-life conditions.
Means for monitoring action implementation and results
During the training, you :
- Fill in an attendance sheet and a satisfaction questionnaire to assess the quality of the training (trainer's pedagogical skills, quality of teaching aids, etc.),
- Take an MCQ to assess your knowledge.
People with disabilities
Training is open to all, and all types of disability will be taken into account within the limits of the skills, human and material resources available for the training course. If ORIENTACTION does not have the material, technical and human resources to meet the needs of a disabled participant, the latter will be referred either to the ORIENTACTION group's disability advisor, or to a partner organization in the ORIENTACTION network.
Access procedures and deadlines
All requests for training are accompanied by a quotation specifying the cost (including VAT) of the training, as well as the dates on which it will take place. The estimate is sent in electronic format by e-mail. Training can begin once the estimate has been accepted and the training contract or agreement has been signed. Certification
This training course is a complementary and non-compulsory module to the "Accompagner un(e) bénéficiaire d'un bilan de compétences" training course listed in the specific directory by France compétences (RS6340). Completion of this training gives access to all the tools and methodological aids used by ORIENTACTION for skills assessment support. The tools can be used freely within the framework of a commercial activity, on condition that they belong to the ORIENTACTION group (subcontracting agreement or brand licensing and commercial partnership agreement).
