I - Purpose
The purpose of these Terms of Use is to provide a legal framework for the use of the Site by the "User", defined as any person accessing and using the Site.
Access to the Site by the User implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Use may be modified or supplemented at any time by ORIENTACTION®. They are posted on the Site with the last update date.
Users are therefore invited to check the Site regularly to remain informed of any changes or updates to the Terms of Use.
II - Site content and scope
The Site and any data, information and documents it provides are intended to provide non-exhaustive general information about the ORIENTACTION® network and its activities, and may not under any circumstances be considered as constituting advice in terms of training and professional support.
The information provided on the Site is for information purposes only and is subject to change.
The User is solely responsible for the use he makes of the Site and/or the information provided from the Site, and ORIENTACTION® may in no case be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Site and/or this information by the User.
The latter alone assumes full responsibility for his or her use of the information and content of this Site.
Nor shall ORIENTACTION® be liable for any damage resulting from fraudulent intrusion by a third party leading to a modification of the information published on the Site.
III - Hyperlinks and cookies
ORIENTACTION® has no responsibility for the web pages to which the outgoing hypertext links on the Site may lead, and has no control over these pages.
The User therefore refrains from holding ORIENTACTION® liable for the content and resources relating to these outgoing hypertext links.

ORIENTACTION® makes every effort to ensure quality access to the Site. The obligation being one of means, ORIENTACTION® does not, however, undertake to achieve this result.
ORIENTACTION® cannot be held responsible for any force majeure event resulting in network or server malfunction.
In addition, the User acknowledges that the Site may be unavailable due to, but not limited to, maintenance operations, modifications (developments, improvements, changes to access methods, additions or deletions of functionalities, etc.), or cease to function, permanently or temporarily, in whole or in part.
Under no circumstances may these modifications or impossibilities of access to the Site give rise to compensation.
The User also declares that he/she accepts the characteristics and limits of the Internet and is aware of the nature of communication networks, in particular their technical performance and response times for consulting, querying or transferring data. The User is also aware that data circulating on the Internet is not necessarily protected, in particular against possible misappropriation.
Any disruption or damage inherent in the communication networks will constitute a case of force majeure.
ORIENTACTION® shall in no way be held liable for any direct or indirect damage of any nature whatsoever resulting from the use of the Site and access to the Internet, in particular any damage caused to the User's computer equipment.
V - Intellectual property
Trademarks, logos, signs, images and any other content on the Site are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code, and more specifically by copyright.
Except with the prior consent of ORIENTACTION®, any reproduction, publication or copying of the various contents of the Site by the User is prohibited.
The User is therefore informed that any use not expressly authorized may incur civil or criminal liability. ORIENT'ACTION® reserves the right to take legal action against any User who does not respect this prohibition.
Any unauthorized use of the Site's contents constitutes an infringement of ORIENTACTION®'s intellectual property rights and is punishable by a penalty of €10,000 per infringement, notwithstanding the possibility for ORIENT'ACTION® to seek compensation in court for the entirety of its loss if it exceeds this amount.
VI - Applicable law
Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the Site is subject to French law.
