You can contact our quality manager if you have any questions about how the center operates, or if you have a disagreement or dispute with your consultant.

 

1/ ACCESS TO PREMISES

Access to ORIENTACTION premises is during office opening hours and/or when your consultant is available. Our consultants are available for interviews from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. They can also offer you the possibility of interviews on Saturday mornings.

2/ TEA/COFFEE AND REFRESHMENTS

For the duration of the service, you have free access to the coffee machine and refreshments.

3/ SANITARY

Our premises are equipped with sanitary facilities that are signposted according to gender. Please respect the information on the signs and keep the premises clean and hygienic.

4/ COMPUTER EQUIPMENT

If you don't have your own computer or Internet access, ORIENTACTION can provide you with a workspace and computer for your research. If this is the case, please ask your consultant to organize this session for you.

5/ MUTUAL COMMITMENTS

Experience has shown us that certain attitudes are the key to successful training. Here are the commitments we believe are essential to your success.

Your ORIENTACTION consultant is committed to :

  • Be responsive, available, caring and positive at every stage of your skills assessment.
  • Give you the best of ourselves by putting all our expertise in the field of employment and training at your disposal,
  • Keep all your exchanges confidential in accordance with the ORIENTACTION values charter.
  • If we are unable to keep one of the appointments, we will send you an email at least 48 hours in advance, proposing a new date.

As a beneficiary, you agree to :

  • Be a "player" in the process, and complete all recommendations (surveys, procedures, correspondence, information searches, etc.) within the agreed timeframe.
  • By being authentic and sincere in your exchanges, and opening up to new ways of looking at your environment.
  • Meet with at least two professionals from the targeted business sectors, to discover careers, develop your networks and/or validate your project,
  • If we are unable to keep one of these appointments, we will send you an email at least 48 hours in advance, proposing a new date.

6/ CONFIDENTIALITY

All exchanges with your consultant, the results of tests and questionnaires, intermediate or final summaries, working documents or prospective documents for business start-up support are strictly confidential. Under no circumstances may they be communicated to third parties of any kind.

We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that all documents will be destroyed at the end of the service, once they have been communicated to you. Please keep them in a safe place, as no copies will be provided in the event of loss, in accordance with the labor code governing our services.
