The objectives of the "Optimizing communication and collaborative relations with subordinates" training course are :

The "Optimizing communication and collaborative relations with subordinates" training course is structured around six main modules:

Module 2: Analyzing communication

Module 3: Using techniques to optimize daily communication

- Non-directiveness,
- Non-violent communication.
Module 4: Understanding company organization
- The company project,
- Functions, missions and performance,

Module 5: Developing your professional communication
- The collaborative relationship,
- Formal and informal communication,

- Well-being at work,
- Annual maintenance.
Module 6: Setting up an action plan

We recommend organizing a half-day training session for practice analysis and/or feedback three to six months after the training with the various participants.
Individual coaching is also available on request.

Teaching resources, methods and supervision techniques
During the "Optimizing communication and collaborative relations with subordinates" training course, trainees are accompanied by an expert trainer. The trainer uses the following techniques in particular:
- Individual tests,
- Theoretical input,
- Role-playing,
- Fun exercises,
- Work in sub-groups
- Set up a personalized and/or collective action plan.
Remote pedagogical and technical support and assistance
Support and assistance are provided by the same trainer as the one delivering the training. This support and assistance is provided by e-mail or, in an emergency, by telephone. The trainer's contact details are given to the beneficiary at the start of the course. The trainer must reply within 48 hours. If the trainer cannot be reached within this period, the beneficiary may contact the training manager, whose contact details are given in the Welcome Booklet.
Access procedures and deadlines
All requests for services must be accompanied by a quotation specifying the amount of the service (including VAT) and the dates on which it will be carried out. The estimate is sent in electronic format.
Training duration and conditions
Individual or group training (max. 8 people/group).
Training takes place over two consecutive or non-consecutive days. Several organizational options are available.
Ways of organizing distance learning
Training will be carried out via synchronous distance learning using the ZOOM tool.
Connection links to ZOOM will be provided by the Training Center.
Means of organizing face-to-face training
You have a choice of training courses:

On the premises of ORIENTACTION, based in Le Mans,

On-site: the trainer trains at your company (travel and accommodation costs calculated in the quote).
Means for monitoring action execution and results
At the end of the training course, the beneficiary fills in a satisfaction questionnaire to assess the benefits of the training.

On completion of the training, the beneficiary fills in a certificate of attendance.

He/she also takes part in a knowledge assessment quiz.
People with disabilities
Training is open to all, and all situations of disability will be taken into account within the limits of the skills, human and material resources offered as part of the training provided. If ORIENTACTION does not have the material, technical and human resources to meet the needs of a disabled person, the latter will be referred either to the ORIENTACTION group's disability advisor, or to a partner organization in the ORIENTACTION network.
