Certifications
Certification - Architecte Accompagnateur de Parcours - Accompanying a beneficiary of a validation of acquired experience
Objectives
At the end of the course, as an Architect Accompanier on the France VAE platform https://vae.gouv.fr/, you should be able to support an employee or job-seeker in the Validation of Acquired Experience process, drawing on the three main skills of a VAE consultant.
This platform is a single portal for candidates, certifiers and AAPs (Architecte Accompagnateur de Parcours), enabling them to be tracked centrally from the time they register to the time they appear before the jury, and facilitating the management of VAE-related procedures:
- Automated reception of applications,
- Centralized management of eligibility and financing,
- Tracking progress.
You must also be able to conduct a V.A.E. presentation interview and carry out the various administrative tasks involved (funding application, training contract or agreement, attendance sheet, certificate of completion), while complying with the QUALIOPI quality standards.
Target audience & prerequisites
Duration & Organization
The training course lasts 21 hours, i.e. a total of 3 consecutive days of trainingin-class or synchronous distance learning.
The course
A V.A.E (Validation des Acquis et de l'Expérience) involves five main stages divided into three main phases. ORIENTACTION is registered with France VAE as a QUALIOPI VAE-certified Architect Accompanier, and has a professional space to support candidates throughout their VAE process.
The support stages on this portal are broken down as follows:
- Candidate registration on the France VAE platform,
- Meeting between the candidate and the Architectural Trainer (number of interviews to be determined by the AAP),
- Drafting of the candidate's experience file,
- The Path Architect sends the dossier of experiences to the certifier,
- Candidate interview with the certification panel.
The training program follows the 3 stages of a V.A.E :
PART 1: FEASIBILITY ASSESSMENT AND CO-CONSTRUCTION OF THE PERSONALIZED CAREER IN THE France VAE INTERFACE
- Verification of the choice of certification: the aim is to validate or not the qualification or diploma chosen by the beneficiary in line with his/her experience, and to identify the certifier (DAVA, university, Afpa...).
- The consultant (Architecte Accompagnateur de Parcours) and the candidate will study the pedagogical feasibility of the project and measure the gap with the situation. They will then co-construct the personalized path in the interface, with a view to obtaining the certification or block(s) of skills in question.
- The "Architecte Accompagnateur de Parcours" assists the candidate in his or her search for providers and sessions for complementary training activities, by means of a clear and operational roadmap. The feasibility file is drawn up on the basis of the document provided for each certification, specifying the pedagogical feasibility opinion and additional documents (supporting documents, identity papers, etc.).
- The feasibility file is sent to the certifier for notification of admissibility via the France VAE platform and the Architecte Accompagnateur de Parcours.
PART 2: PREPARING FOR CERTIFICATION AND COMPILING BOOKLET 2
- Selection of activities to remember,
- Creation of a detailed plan,
- Description of skills derived from personal and professional experience,
- Assistance in preparing the V.A.E. file: questioning, reformulation,
clarification, evidence... - Proofreading and correction of content and form.
PART 3: PREPARATION FOR THE ORAL PRESENTATION
Support for a person undergoing Validation des Acquis de l'Expérience (Validation of Prior Learning) culminates in preparation for the work placement and/or training for the oral interview with the jury. Depending on the certification concerned, support can be offered in various forms:
- Individual interviews,
- Writing workshops,
- Remote tutoring,
- Methodology workshops.
Target skills
The "Certification - Architecte Accompagnateur de Parcours : Accompagner un(e) bénéficiaire d'une V.A.E" training course aims to acquire and validate the following three skills:
- Verify that the diploma selected by the beneficiary corresponds to his/her experience and professional project: this diagnostic phase is crucial to the V.A.E. process. Indeed, it conditions the beneficiary's future success and his/her ability to prove, through his/her professional and extra-professional experience, that he/she possesses the skills listed in the diploma's reference framework. The consultant (Architecte Accompagnateur de Parcours) needs to be familiar with the diplomas (Education Nationale, CQP, etc.), their frames of reference and the certifiers involved in the "downstream" phase of the V.A.E. The France VAE platform can be used to view the frames of reference of the diplomas targeted by the beneficiary.
- Formalizing skills and providing evidence of their mastery in the form of a written dossier: V.A.E. support is first and foremost a matter of formatting and valorizing the skills acquired and exercised by a professional with regard to the reference framework of a certification. The consultant must be able to support the beneficiary in writing and constructing the dossier, following a predetermined plan on the France VAE platform.
- Accompany the beneficiary in the oral presentation of his/her file in front of a jury: every V.A.E. ends with an oral presentation. The consultant must be able to help the beneficiary prepare for this presentation. Clarity of purpose, structure of argument, self-confidence and ease are all qualities that the consultant must be able to stimulate, encourage and reinforce in the beneficiary, so that he/she succeeds in this final test.
Teaching resources, methods and supervision techniques
The pedagogical methods used in the training are based on 6 Ebooks, which are made available to the beneficiary as support tools along the VAE path.
The beneficiary's entire personalized path will be traced on the France VAE platform.
