Objectives

In the field of continuing professional development, there are three specific activities dedicated to supporting participants: skills assessments, support for business creation or acquisition, and support for the Validation of Acquired Experience (VAE). This field is governed by specific requirements, both in terms of accreditation (DA No., BPF, Qualiopi Certification) as well as contractual obligations (training contract, attendance sheet, etc.). Training is also subject to specific funding mechanisms (CPF, AIF, etc.).

Upon completion of the training, you should be able to manage all regulatory aspects related to continuing professional education and take all necessary steps (such as obtaining your DA number and completing the BPF form) to comply with regulations, so that you can offer your clients all available funding options for their training projects. This training applies to both in-person training and training conducted through subcontracting.

Target skills

The training course "Creating and developing your training organization" aims to enable you to acquire three key skills:

  • Legal: To start a training business, you must obtain a business registration number (DA) from a DREETS (formerly DIRRECTE). Each year, in addition to the financial reports required for your business, you must also submit a BPF (Educational and Financial Report). This training is designed to help you develop the skills needed to complete these various legal procedures.

  • Administrative: Continuing professional development involves the use of certain administrative documents to formalize services, such as training contracts and training agreements. In addition, to verify that the services were actually provided, certain documents must be used, such as attendance sheets, etc. Finally, as part of the QUALIOPI quality certification process, certain procedures must be followed, including the evaluation of the training program.

  • Commercial: vocational training is a specific field.

The full contact information for the training department is provided to the trainee upon signing the training contract and is also included in the welcome booklet provided at the start of the program.

Means for monitoring action implementation and results

During the training, you :
