Expert training for independent consultants
Creating and developing your training organization
Objectives
In the field of continuing professional training, there are three specific activities dedicated to supporting beneficiaries: skills assessment, business start-up/takeover support and V.A.E. support. This field is governed by specific obligations both in terms of accreditation (N°DA, BPF, Qualiopi certification) and contractual obligations (training contract, attendance sheet, etc.). Training is also covered by specific funding schemes (CPF, AIF, etc.).
By the end of the course, you should be able to manage all the regulatory aspects relating to the continuing professional training business, and take all the necessary steps (notably obtaining your DA number, filling in the BPF) to ensure compliance with regulations, so as to be able to offer your customers all the financing options available for their training project. This training covers both direct training and training carried out by subcontractors.

Target skills
The training course "Creating and developing your training organization" aims to enable you to acquire three key skills:
-
Legal: to set up a training company, you must obtain a business registration number (DA) from a DREETS (formerly DIRRECTE). Each year, in addition to declarations related to the accounting aspects of your company, you must also submit a BPF (educational and financial report). The training aims to enable you to develop the skills necessary to carry out these various legal procedures.
-
Administrative: continuing professional development involves the use of certain administrative documents to formalize services, such as training contracts and training agreements. In addition, in order to justify the services provided, certain documents must be used, such as attendance sheets, etc. Finally, as part of the QUALIOPI quality certification process, certain steps must be taken, including the evaluation of the training.
-
Commercial: vocational training is a specific field.
Teaching resources, methods and supervision techniques
ORIENTACTION's training course presents the laws and rules to be observed when setting up a training company, and then guides participants through the process of preparing their application to obtain a business registration number.
The trainer uses a variety of teaching methods:
- Case studies,
- Case studies,
- Feedback.
Means for monitoring action implementation and results
At the end of the training course, the trainee fills in an attendance sheet and a satisfaction questionnaire, enabling him or her to assess the benefits of the training. Obtaining a DA number from a DREETS is the concrete validation of the training, since obtaining a DA number is a prerequisite for being able to work as a trainer.
People with disabilities
Training is open to all, and all types of disability will be taken into account, within the limits of the skills, human and material resources available for the training provided. If ORIENTACTION does not have the material, technical and human resources to meet the needs of a trainee with a disability, the latter will be referred either to the ORIENTACTION group's disability advisor or to a partner organization in the ORIENTACTION network.
Access procedures and deadlines
All requests for training are accompanied by a quotation specifying the cost (including VAT) of the training, as well as the dates on which it will take place. The estimate is sent in electronic format by e-mail. Once the quotation has been accepted and the training contract or agreement has been signed, the training can begin with a minimum lead time of 30 calendar days, to allow for distance learning. For information on how to postpone or cancel a training course, please refer to the General Terms and Conditions, available by clicking here.
Certification
This training leads to the award of a skills certificate. This certificate is not a state-recognized diploma. It gives access to all the legal tools and supports used by ORIENTACTION in the operational management of training activities. The tools can be used freely in the context of a commercial activity, provided that they belong to the ORIENTACTION group (partnership and subcontracting agreement or partnership and brand licensing agreement).
