Target skills

This training course aims to develop 6 skills in business start-up support:

  • Helping future entrepreneurs prepare for their future "business", its constraints, risks and opportunities,

  • Help future business creators define the company's form and concept, as well as its business model,

  • Accompany the future business creator in the test phase of his/her concept to ensure its viability,

  • Help future entrepreneurs choose the legal status of their future business,

  • Help future entrepreneurs draw up their business plans.

Teaching resources, methods and supervision techniques

Most employees or job-seekers who want to start their own business are often plagued by a number of prejudices that need to be corrected. Having a more accurate, "real-life" vision of what it's like to be an entrepreneur will enable them to adopt winning attitudes and make a success of their business start-up.

The pedagogical methods used in the training program are based on 6 Ebooks that structure the entire process of supporting the beneficiary of a business start-up coaching program. The Ebooks contain texts, evaluation questionnaires and tests that training participants will learn to use using the following pedagogical method: they take the tests themselves, analyze the results in a collegial manner, and then present them in real-life situations.

Ways of organizing distance learning

Asynchronous distance learning is based on a set of documents to be consulted and books to be read before the face-to-face or synchronous distance learning course. At the start of the course, participants take a quiz designed to assess their mastery of the knowledge acquired during the asynchronous distance learning course.

Pedagogical and technical support and assistance

Support and assistance for distance learning is provided by the training manager. This support is provided by email or, in an emergency, by telephone. The training manager's contact details are sent to the trainee at the start of the course.

Means for monitoring action implementation and results

During the training, you :

  • Fill in an attendance sheet and a satisfaction questionnaire to assess the quality of the training (trainer's pedagogical skills, quality of teaching aids, etc.),
  • Take two knowledge assessment MCQs, the first at the start of the face-to-face or synchronous distance learning course, to assess what you have learned during the distance learning course, and the second at the end of the face-to-face or synchronous distance learning course, to assess your level of knowledge and skills at the end of the entire course.

People with disabilities

Training is open to all, and all types of disability will be taken into account, within the limits of the skills, human and material resources available for the training provided. If ORIENTACTION does not have the material, technical and human resources to meet the needs of a trainee with a disability, the latter will be referred either to the ORIENTACTION group's disability referent, or to a partner organization in the ORIENTACTION network.
