Dimensions assessed

What an employee looks for in a position divided into seven basic needs:

Physiological needs

The ability to maintain close, positive relationships with colleagues both inside and outside the workplace.

Need for security

Ensures stability and peace of mind in working conditions, as well as durability.

Need to belong Horizontal

To be recognized by your peers, with whom you need to get closer, forge links and promote the company's values.

Need to belong Vertical

Aspire to climb the corporate ladder and gain recognized status inside and outside the company, with the opportunity to exercise considerable decision-making power.

Need for fulfillment

Stimulate the employee, give him or her something to think about and, above all, show that the job offers plenty of opportunities for career development.

Need for self-realization

Promote learning and a sense of purpose. Builds a recognized identity within and outside the company.

Need for spirituality

The work environment provides a link with the employee's spirituality, the invisible world.

The need for eternity

The job/employer gives you the opportunity to leave a mark, to make a lasting impact on the world.

Interest and added value of the test

The purpose of this test is to identify the professional needs and, above all, the primary needs of the person taking it. Based on Maslow's needs model (+2 dimensions), the test guarantees the reliability of its components.

This test has the advantage of measuring a large number of needs in just 10 minutes or so.

This test shows what the candidate needs in his/her professional life at a given moment. It provides a simple visual display and precise results, enabling both the candidate and the assessor to visualize the information given clearly and easily. In addition, the concise, easy-to-understand text keeps the candidate's interest alive throughout the reading process. As the needs are listed in order of preference, the most important information appears at the top of the line.

It enables the candidate to find out which job best matches his or her aspirations. Candidates will be able to identify their strengths and weaknesses in terms of their specific needs, and invest themselves in a job that seems to match them.

In this way, he/she can be satisfied with a job that really suits him/her. If he/she so wishes, he/she can find out more about it through in-depth research and feedback, or by working with a professional to complete a personal project.

The recruiter/employer can actually determine - so that there's a trace - what the position/trade can offer the person wishing to enter it. The assessor is able to make an active comparison between the candidate's basic needs and the needs that the position has the capacity to meet. He/she can also compare candidates with each other to select the one who best suits what he/she is looking for during the recruitment phase. If the position were to evolve, managers would be in a position to anticipate changes by minimizing the negative impact of transformations that could upset the balance between the needs of team members and the positions allocated.
