The "Harmony®" test is aimed at the many people who want to take stock of their skills, particularly their soft skills. This tool is specifically designed for :

    (consultants, psychologists, career development advisors, etc.) able to carry out skills assessments to identify potential career areas for the people we support.

    Who want to assess candidates' interpersonal skills and have an objective assessment tool at their disposal. The Harmony® test lets you recruit without a CV.
The test is aimed primarily at motivated individuals who plan to work actively and daily to achieve the best version of themselves, but also at employers and support professionals who wish to rely on an objective assessment of their employees' skills as part of their HR or recruitment policy.
