The recruitment method

ORIENTACTION has been built and developed over time around a set of strong values that combine efficiency and humanism. We believe that happy employees perform better and are more loyal. We are committed to developing human potential on a daily basis. To achieve this objective, we have developed a method based on an IRIS® matching tool. This tool enables us to measure the candidate's compatibility with the position and company he or she wishes to join. Matching is carried out on 4 levels:

  • The question of meaning: the greater their added value, the more employees are looking for a job that makes sense to them. To be in search of meaning is to want to make one's professional life a factor of fulfillment and well-being.
  • Needs: An employee's motivation depends first and foremost on satisfying his or her needs, both financial and psychological, such as recognition. The company, for its part, also has needs to satisfy: first and foremost, finding the employees who will enable it to achieve its objectives.
  • Inner personality: examining a candidate's inner personality helps determine the professional environment best suited to his or her profile.
  • Talent: today's recruiters pay more attention to candidates' interpersonal skills than in the past. Recruiting in the 21st century means anticipating the employee's future within the company.
