Contact one of our recruitment managers to check that you meet all the requirements and that your profile matches ORIENTACTION's vacancies.
1st Appointment
We'll get to know you and help you develop your project.
Our consultant will make sure that ORIENTACTION matches your values and environment. He will then check that you have all the prerequisites to become a good consultant.
2nd Rendez -Vous
If you've made it this far, that's a good sign! On average, we validate 1 candidate out of 50. So keep your fingers crossed! During this appointment we'll make sure you're ready to take the next step.
Structure
Not yet independent?
Have you always been an employee? Is entrepreneurship a new adventure for you?
No need to panic! We're here to support you and advise you on the various options available to you, and on how to proceed.
You don't have a joint business yet? Then it's time to start thinking about the business you'll be doing in addition to your ORIENTACTION consultancy.
At this stage, you'll be looking for an office to set up your business. The office can be rented on a yearly basis, or on a one-off basis in the case of shared offices or co-working spaces. Your choice will depend on your project.
At this stage, it's important to draw up a business plan, to ensure that your activity will bring you the income you're aiming for!

Do you come from a consultancy or human support background?
For this stage, you will need to take the training course: Accompanying a Bilan de Compétences (Skills Assessment) Beneficiary. This is a compulsory 56-hour training course, which takes place at ORIENTACTION's head office in Le Mans. It costs €2,500*, 100% financed by your CPF account, subject to availability of funds.
You don't have the prerequisites to become a consultant? All is not lost!
You can upgrade your skills with our COACHING course. It's a 35-hour course. If you need to take this course in addition to the 2 mandatory courses, we offer a STARTER PACK at a preferential rate, which includes all 3 courses at a preferential rate.

Your new life begins!
Our teams will work with you to create your visibility on all our communication platforms and give you access to all the methodological resources of the ORIENTACTION method.
You'll receive an integration kit containing all the materials you can use to support and communicate. These resources are at your disposal, and you retain complete freedom to teach.
With over 650,000 unique visitors in 2021, ORIENTACTION is one of the most visited French websites in terms of Bilan de Compétences requests. Every week, we receive between 600 and 1000 requests, which we distribute to our consultants throughout France. Although this distribution is highly dependent on your geographical area, all ORIENTACTION consultants are entrusted with services.
OUR EXPERT TRAINING COURSES
Since September 2009, our "Accompagner un(e) bénéficiaire d'un bilan de compétences" expert training course has been recognized by France Compétences. This means that once you've completed your training, you can take the tests and obtain a state-recognized certification. This also makes the training eligible for the CPF. Joining ORIENTACTION allows you to train and gain genuine recognition for the knowledge and skills you have acquired.
OUR SUPPORT METHOD
It took Emeric LEBRETON, Doctor of Psychology and co-founder of the company, no less than 8 years and 88 different versions to develop the ORIENTACTION coaching method. It is this method and the power of its tools that have made ORIENTACTION the industry leader.
The aim of the ORIENTACTION skills assessment is to enable an employee, job seeker or company director to identify his or her aspirations (values, needs, personality) and analyze his or her skills (resources, knowledge and know-how, soft skills, added value) in order to define a career plan. This professional project should enable the employee to improve his or her level of job satisfaction, develop his or her employability and secure his or her career path. It is accompanied by an action plan to implement it. The skills assessment is a positive projection into the future. It also aims to help you develop your skills, find your bearings and manage your career independently.
