The course
The "Using artificial intelligence (AI) for professional writing" course is organized around six practical applications:
- Introduction: The origins of AI and how it works.
- Application n°1: Writing an email with AI.
- Application 2: Writing a letter with the AI.
- Application 3: Writing a sales pitch with AI.
- Application n°4: Creating a table with AI.
- Application n°5: Correcting spelling mistakes with AI.
- Application 6: Translating text with AI.
- Conclusion: how to make the most of AI?
Target skills
The training aims to acquire 6 basic skills:

Write email with AI and gain productivity and efficiency with high-quality emails.

Write a letter with AI and create templates for future applications.

Write a sales pitch with AI or documents specific to your activity (programs, ads, job descriptions, etc.).

Create data tables quickly with AI (data lists, data rankings, etc.).

Correct spelling mistakes with AI (use AI to check output).

Translate a text with AI (translate a text in different languages to communicate with foreign interlocutors).
Teaching resources, methods and supervision techniques
During the "Using Artificial Intelligence to write professional documents" training course, the beneficiary is accompanied by a trainer. The trainer can use the following techniques in particular:
- Knowledge: job market, knowledge of professions and training courses, knowledge of financing schemes,
- Practical exercises: the aim of these surveys is to meet professionals in the sectors and/or trades envisaged.
Ways of organizing distance learning
Training will be carried out via synchronous distance learning using the ZOOM tool.
Pedagogical and technical support and assistance
Support and assistance are provided by the same trainer as the one delivering the training. This support and assistance is provided by e-mail or, in an emergency, by telephone. The trainer's contact details are given to the beneficiary at the start of the course. The trainer must reply within 48 hours. If the trainer cannot be reached within this period, the beneficiary may contact the training manager, whose contact details are given in the Welcome Booklet.
Means for monitoring action implementation and results
- At the end of the training course, the beneficiary fills in a satisfaction questionnaire to assess the benefits of the training.
- On completion of the training, the beneficiary fills in a certificate of attendance.
- He/she also takes part in a knowledge assessment quiz.
People with disabilities
Training is open to all, and all situations of disability will be taken into account within the limits of the skills, human and material resources offered as part of the training provided. If ORIENTACTION does not have the material, technical and human resources to meet the needs of a disabled person, the latter will be referred either to the ORIENTACTION group's disability advisor, or to a partner organization in the ORIENTACTION network.
Access procedures and deadlines
All requests for services must be accompanied by a quotation specifying the amount of the service (including VAT) and the dates on which it is to be carried out. The estimate is sent in electronic format by e-mail, or by electronic means via the moncompteformation.gouv.fr application. Once the estimate has been accepted and the training contract or agreement has been signed, the service can begin with a minimum lead time of 14 calendar days. Ask your trainer to set up a schedule for your skills assessment.
Price and financing of your service
600 euros incl. VAT for a group of 6-10 people for a half-day training session.
1200 euros incl. VAT for a group of 6-10 people for a full-day training session.
The duration of the training depends on the level of autonomy of the participants. A one-day course allows for a greater number of practical exercises.
