The course

The "Using artificial intelligence (AI) for professional writing" course is organized around six practical applications:

  • Introduction: The origins of AI and how it works.
  • Application n°1: Writing an email with AI.
  • Application 2: Writing a letter with the AI.
  • Application 3: Writing a sales pitch with AI.
  • Application n°4: Creating a table with AI.
  • Application n°5: Correcting spelling mistakes with AI.
  • Application 6: Translating text with AI.
  • Conclusion: how to make the most of AI?

Target skills

The training program is designed to help participants acquire six core skills:

  • Skill #1: Write emails using AI to boost productivity and efficiency with high-quality emails.
  • Skill #2: Write a letter using AI and create templates for various future applications.
  • Skill #3: Use AI to draft a sales pitch or documents specific to your business (programs, ads, job descriptions, etc.).
  • Skill #4: Quickly create a data table using AI (data lists, data rankings, etc.).
  • Skill #5: Correcting spelling mistakes with AI (using AI to check your work).
  • Skill #6: Translating a text using AI (translating a text into different languages to communicate with people from other countries).

Teaching resources, methods and supervision techniques

During the training course “Using Artificial Intelligence to Write Professional Documents,” participants are guided by a trainer. The trainer may use the following techniques, among others:

  • Expertise: the job market, knowledge of occupations and training programs, knowledge of funding opportunities,
  • Practical exercises:The purpose of these interviews is to meet with professionals in the sectors and/or fields you are considering.

Ways of organizing distance learning

Training will be carried out via synchronous distance learning using the ZOOM tool. 

Pedagogical and technical support and assistance

Support and assistance are provided by the same trainer who conducts the training. This support and assistance are provided via email or, in case of an emergency, by phone. The trainer’s contact information is provided to the participant at the start of the training. The trainer must respond within 48 hours. If the trainer cannot be reached after this time has elapsed, the participant may contact the academic director, whose contact information is provided in the welcome booklet. 

Means for monitoring action implementation and results

  • At the end of the training, the beneficiary completes a certificate of attendance,
  • He/She also takes a knowledge assessment quiz,
  • At the end of the training course, the beneficiary fills in a satisfaction questionnaire to assess the benefits of the training. 

People with disabilities

The training is open to the general public, and all types of disabilities will be accommodated within the limits of the skills, human resources, and equipment available as part of the training program. If ORIENTACTION does not have the material, technical, and human resources to meet the needs of a participant with a disability, that participant will be referred either to the ORIENTACTION group’s disability liaison or to a partner organization within the ORIENTACTION network.

All training requests are accompanied by a quote specifying the total cost (including tax) of the training, as well as the dates of the sessions. The quote is sent electronically via email. Once the quote has been accepted and the training agreement signed, the training may begin. Price and financing of your service

  • €600 (including tax) for a group of 6–10 people for a half-day training session.
  • €1,200 (including tax) for a group of 6–10 people for a one-day training session.
