Psychometric tests - Central Test
Objectives
At the end of the training course, you will have acquired the psychometric concepts that are fundamental to the efficient use of psychometric tests in the assessment of individuals.
Target audience & prerequisites
The "Psychometric Tests - Central Test" training course is designed for consultants working on behalf of ORIENTACTION and providing coaching as part of the services we deliver.
Duration & Organization
The course lasts 14 hours i.e. 2 consecutive days of training.

The course is divided into three themes:
Psychometric concepts and ethics relating to the use of psychometric tests
- What is a psychometric test?
- Deontology relating to the use of psychometric tests,
- Central Test tools.
Assessing personality, motivation, interests, values and aptitudes: which tests should be used, depending on the level of responsibility and the skill set?
- TOOL HANDLING - Profil Pro 2
- Interpreting the results of the Profil Pro 2 questionnaire,
- The basics of report analysis,
- A feedback interview based on the results.
- GETTING TO GRIPS WITH TOOLS - VOCATION
- Interpreting the results of the VOCATION questionnaire,
- A feedback interview based on the results.
- GETTING TO GRIPS WITH TOOLS - MOTIVATION & MOTIVATION +
- Interpreting the results of the MOTIVATION & MOTIVATION + questionnaire,
- A feedback interview based on the results.
- GETTING STARTED WITH TOOLS - CTPI-R
- Interpreting the results of the CTPI-R questionnaire,
- A feedback interview based on the results.
- GETTING STARTED WITH TOOLS - EMOTION 2
- Interpreting the results of the EMOTION 2 questionnaire,
- A feedback interview based on the results.
- GETTING TO KNOW TOOLS - Sales-R Profile
- Interpreting the results of the Sales-R Profile questionnaire,
- A feedback interview based on the results.

Practical presentation of the CENTRAL TEST psychometric testing platform.

Master the interpretation and use of results reports.
Teaching resources, methods and supervision techniques
The teaching methods used in the training program are based on the use of tests and the analysis of their results.
Conditions for distance learning
Support and assistance for distance learning is provided by the training manager. This support is provided by email or, in an emergency, by telephone. The contact details of the training manager are sent to the trainee at the start of the course.
Means for monitoring action implementation and results
During the course, you'll fill in a sign-in sheet and a satisfaction questionnaire to assess the quality of the training (trainer's pedagogical skills, quality of teaching aids, etc.).
People with disabilities
Training is open to all, and all types of disability will be taken into account, within the limits of the skills, human and material resources available for the training provided. If ORIENTACTION does not have the material, technical and human resources to meet the needs of a disabled participant, the latter will be referred either to the ORIENTACTION group's disability advisor, or to a partner organization in the ORIENTACTION network.
Access procedures and deadlines
All requests for training are accompanied by a quotation specifying the cost (including VAT) of the training, as well as the dates on which it will take place. The estimate is sent in electronic format by e-mail. Once the estimate has been accepted and the training contract or agreement has been signed, the training can begin with a minimum lead time of 30 calendar days. Certification
This training leads to the issue of a training certificate and a Central Test training certificate.
Price and financing of your service
1,200 euros incl. VAT for 14 hours of training, i.e. 85.71 euros / hour.
