- 168 hours of training ;
- 105 hours of synchronous distance learning ;
- 63 hours of asynchronous distance learning (lectures, videos and podcasts).
Training can be carried out over a period of between 6 and 24 months. The Master's program operates on a rolling entry basis. This means you can enroll and start your training at any time of the year.
Program content
The program is structured around five theoretical and practical training modules covering the main areas of career path support.

Accompanying a skills assessment recipient: everything you need to know about skills assessment and how to help a person define his or her career plan;
42 hours of training, including 21 hours of classroom training and 21 hours of asynchronous distance learning. -
Supporting an outplacement candidate: techniques and methods for supporting a person seeking employment following redundancy or unfitness, etc.
35 hours of training, including 21 hours of synchronous distance learning and 14 hours of asynchronous distance learning. -
Accompanying a beneficiary of business start-up support: the method for accompanying a person who wants to set up their own business and become an entrepreneur;
35 hours of training, including 21 hours of synchronous distance learning and 14 hours of asynchronous distance learning. -
Accompanying a beneficiary of VAE coaching: the method for accompanying a person wishing to have a diploma validated without going through training again;
21 hours of training, including 21 hours of synchronized distance learning. -
Accompanying a beneficiary of a young person's assessment: how to help a young person define his or her educational and professional orientation project in line with his or her aspirations and talents. The method to follow.
35 hours of training, including 21 hours of synchronous distance learning and 14 hours of asynchronous distance learning.
Each module is practical and operational, and enables you to carry out
the support mentioned at the end of the training. It is also possible to complete the module: "Supervising
recruitment activities".
Price and financing of your service
- 10,000 euros (incl. VAT) for the entire training course, of which 2,500 euros (incl. VAT) can be covered by the CPF (Compte Personnel de Formation) ;
- You can have all or part of the training paid for by your company, France Travail or Transition Pro ;
- For payments made by private individuals, payment in instalments is possible.
