Objectives
Softy is a recruitment software application whose main feature is the ability to multicast job offers. Without a tool, posting a job on several job boards is one of the most time-consuming tasks for the recruiter, whether in terms of writing or processing applications on each of the distribution channels. That's why Softy offers a tool that enables recruiters to multiply their job offers on the main job boards on the market, and also to manage the entire recruitment process with candidates. The aim is to master the use of the tool and its functionalities so as to be efficient and proactive in the recruitment intermediation relationship.

The course lasts 5 hours, divided as follows:
- An initial 2.5-hour group videoconference,
- Individual follow-up and post-training support of 2.5 hours by videoconference or telephone.

Means for monitoring action implementation and results

During the training session, you will sign an attendance sheet: a connection record will be available for videoconference sessions.

At the end of the course, you will be asked to complete a satisfaction questionnaire to assess the quality of the training (trainer's teaching skills, quality of teaching aids, etc.).
People with disabilities
Training is open to all and all disabilities will be taken into account within the limits of the skills, human and material resources available for the training course. If PROFILPRO does not have the material, technical and human resources to meet the needs of a disabled participant, the latter will be referred either to PROFILPRO's disability advisor, or to one of the training organization's partner organizations.
Access procedures and deadlines
All requests for training are accompanied by a quotation specifying the cost (including VAT) of the training, as well as the dates on which it will take place. The estimate is sent in electronic format by e-mail. Once the estimate has been accepted and the training contract or agreement has been signed, the training can begin with a minimum lead time of 30 calendar days, to allow for distance learning. Price and financing of your service
500 euros incl. VAT for 5 hours of training, i.e. 100 euros / hour.
