On completion of this course, participants will be able to :

  • Determine what they like, their flow and motivating factors,
  • Identify their skills and strengths,
  • Know their values,
  • Draw up an action plan in line with their IKIGAI.

  • Explain the philosophical concept of Ikigai,
  • Control the process,
  • Adopt the right posture to enable awareness.

Target audience & prerequisites

The "Discover your KIGAI for yourself and/or to support your beneficiaries/collaborators" training course is designed for people who wish to :

  • Reawaken their motivations, their desires, make their everyday life more vibrant,
  • Find a professional and personal balance,
  • Complete a skills assessment,
  • Give their careers a new boost.

No prerequisites for training entry.

  • Support professionals (occupational psychologists, human resources consultants, vocational integration advisors, trainers) wishing to develop specific skills in supporting beneficiaries using the IKIGAI tool and experience,
  • Anyone wishing wishing to optimize support for their employees, and in particular SME-SMI or HR Directors, HR Managers, Training Managers, Managers, etc...

Duration & Organization

This synchronous distance learning course lasts 7 hours in total divided into 2 half-days of 3 hours each.

By choosing the option, this training lasts 1 additional houri.e. 8 hours in total divided into 2 half-days of 3 hours each each + a 1-hour workshop.

The course

The "Discover your IKIGAI for yourself and/or to support your beneficiaries/collaborators" training course is structured around four main modules:

  1. The IKIGAI philosophy,
  2. Research and support for my 1st circle: What I like, notion of flow.
Part

Module 2

  1. Research and support for my 2nd circle: what I'm good at, the notion of passion,
  2. Research and support for my 3rd circle: What the world needs, notion of vocation.
Part

Module 3

  1. Research and support for my 4th circle: What I can be paid for, notion of profession,
  2. Researching and accompanying the Intersections between my 4 circles.
Part

Module 4

  1. Finding and formulating your IKIGAI,
  2. Verbalize your action plan to embody it and dare to assert it.

Option

Transpose your IKIGAI and adapt the support provided to your beneficiaries/employees.

Teaching resources, methods and supervision techniques

The teaching methods used in this course are :

  • Start with the current situation,
  • Think more broadly about your personal IKIGAI,
  • Set up a personalized action plan.

By choosing this option, you will also be offered the opportunity to use the interrogative and experiential methods by transposing your IKIGAI into the accompaniments of your beneficiaries/collaborators (trices).

 

 

Ways of organizing distance learning

Training will be carried out via synchronous distance learning using the ZOOM tool.

 

 

Pedagogical and technical support and assistance

Support and assistance for distance learning is provided by the trainer. This support is provided by e-mail or, in an emergency, by telephone. The trainee is given the trainer's contact details in the training invitation.

 

 

People with disabilities

Training is open to all, and all types of disability will be taken into account within the limits of the skills, human and material resources available for the coaching provided. If ORIENTACTION does not have the material, technical and human resources to meet the needs of a participant with a disability, the latter will be referred either to the ORIENTACTION group's disability advisor, or to a partner organization of the ORIENTACTION group.

 

Access procedures and deadlines

All requests for training are accompanied by a quotation specifying the cost (including VAT) of the training, as well as the dates on which it will take place. The estimate is sent in electronic format by e-mail. Once the estimate has been accepted and the training contract or agreement has been signed, the training can begin with a minimum lead time of 14 calendar days. The IKIGAI experience is financed mainly by personal funding or by the Plan of Skills Development Plan.
