- Identify their skills and strengths,
- Know their values,
- Draw up an action plan in line with their IKIGAI.

- Explain the philosophical concept of Ikigai,
- Control the process,
- Adopt the right posture to enable awareness.
Target audience & prerequisites
Duration & Organization
This training course, offered as a synchronous online program, lasts a total of 7 hours, divided into two half-day sessions of 3.5 hours each.
➕ If you choose this option, the training lasts an additional hour, for a total of 8 hours spread over two half-days of 3.5 hours each, plus a 1-hour workshop.
Please note: This event is guaranteed to take place provided a minimum number of registrations is reached.
The course
The training course "Discovering your IKIGAI for yourself and/or to support your beneficiaries/employees" is structured around four main modules:
Module 1
- The IKIGAI philosophy,
- Research and support for my 1st circle: What I like, notion of flow.
Module 2
- Research and support for my 2nd circle: what I'm good at, the notion of passion,
- Research and support for my 3rd circle: What the world needs, notion of vocation.
Module 3
- Research and support for my 4th circle: What I can be paid for, notion of profession,
- Researching and accompanying the Intersections between my 4 circles.
Module 4
- Finding and formulating your IKIGAI,
- Verbalize your action plan to embody it and dare to assert it.
Option
- Transpose your IKIGAI and adapt the support you provide to your beneficiaries/employees.
Teaching resources, methods and supervision techniques
The teaching methods used in this course are :
- Start with the current situation,
- Think more broadly about your personal IKIGAI,
- Set up a personalized action plan.
➕ By choosing this option, you will also be offered the opportunity to use the interrogative and experiential methods by transposing your IKIGAI into the support you provide to your beneficiaries/employees.
Conditions for distance learning
Ways of organizing distance learning
Training will be carried out via synchronous distance learning using the ZOOM tool,
The Zoom meeting links will be provided by the Training Center.
Pedagogical and technical support and assistance
The trainer provides support and assistance for the distance learning course. This support and assistance are provided via email or, in case of an emergency, by phone. The trainer’s contact information is provided to the trainee in the course invitation.
People with disabilities
The training is open to everyone, and all types of disabilities will be accommodated within the limits of the expertise, human resources, and equipment available as part of the coaching program. If ORIENTACTION does not have the material, technical, and human resources to meet the needs of a participant with a disability, that participant will be referred either to the ORIENTACTION group’s disability liaison or to an ORIENTACTION partner organization.
Access procedures and deadlines
All training requests are accompanied by a quote specifying the total cost (including tax) of the training, as well as the dates on which it will take place. The quote is sent electronically via email. Once the quote has been accepted and the training contract or agreement has been signed, the training may begin after a minimum waiting period of 14 calendar days.
