Objectives
Large-scale resignations, skills shortages, changing professional expectations... It goes without saying that recruiting is an increasingly complex task for companies, not to mention a costly one. Employer branding, corporate social responsibility (CSR) policies and talent management have become strategic activities for companies, which need to innovate in this area.
Implementing an innovative, high-quality and transparent recruitment process promotes successful recruitment and contributes to the company's recognition.
At the end of this course, learners will be able to :
- Recruit in compliance with legal obligations and best practices,
- Identify and analyze positions to be filled (missions, activities, environment, relationships),
- Formalize job descriptions and profile definitions,
- Define a recruitment procedure and budget adapted to the profile sought,
- Choose the right sourcing methods, evaluation tools and partners,
- Select candidates in an objective and reasoned manner,
- Help employees integrate into the company, their team and their position.

Duration & Organization
The course lasts 5 days (35h), divided as follows:
- An initial 3-day grouping (21h00),
- A second 2-day group (14h00),
- A half-day final assessment (5h).
Training and final assessment can be delivered remotely or face-to-face (in Colomiers or Le Mans).

Module 1 - Identifying the job market, best practices and recruitment obligations :
- The changing job market,
- Recruitment obligations,
- Best practices,
- The different stages in the recruitment process and their objectives.
Module 2 - Determining and analyzing the characteristics of the position to be filled :
- A few useful definitions,
- Job analysis methods,
- The job description,
- Profile definition.
Module 3 - Examining and experimenting with tools for identifying and assessing candidates :
- Sourcing,
- Assessment tools,
- Outsourcing all or part of the recruitment process.
Module 4 - Preparing to launch a recruitment campaign :
- Formalizing the process according to profile and budget,
- Write an attractive ad,
- Posting a job offer.
Module 5 - Classifying an initial list of candidates :
- Essential criteria as a first filter,
- Ranking of CVs and cover letters,
- The telephone interview as a second filter,
- Communication of results and invitation to continue the process.
Module 6 - Selecting the ideal profile :
- The creation of analysis grids,
- Testing,
- A successful interview,
- Finalizing recruitment.
Module 7 - Preparing the integration of the new employee :
- Formalizing the proposal and preparing the employment contract,
- Hiring formalities,
- Taking disability situations into account,
- Integrating the employee into his or her new environment.
Module 8 – Final supervised assessment: Reconstructed written scenario.
Certification
Successful completion of the final assessment for this training course leads to the award of the Block 04 skills certificate – "Leading the recruitment and integration process for employee
," linked to the "Human Resources Manager" certification, issued
by the ESGCV (NSF 315 – level 6). This certification is registered with the RNCP (French National Register of Professional Certifications) under reference
37794, by decree of August 4, 2023, published in the Official Journal of September 1, 2023.

Means for monitoring action implementation and results
- During the training session, you will sign an attendance sheet: a connection record will be available for videoconference sessions.
- At the end of the course, you will be asked to complete a satisfaction questionnaire, which will enable us to assess the quality of the training (quality of the trainer's teaching, quality of the teaching aids, etc.).
People with disabilities
Training is open to all and all disabilities will be taken into account within the limits of the skills, human and material resources available for the training course. Access procedures and deadlines
Following an interview to validate the need and prerequisites, all training requests
are accompanied by a quote specifying the cost (including tax) of the training, as well as its dates
. The quote is sent electronically by email. Once the quote has been accepted and the contract or training agreement signed, the training
can begin, subject to a minimum period of 30 calendar days to allow

Price and financing of your service
2,500 euros incl. VAT for 35 hours of training, i.e. 71.43 euros / hour (final assessment for certification included in the price).
