The course

Teaching resources, methods and supervision techniques
The training consists of three sessions, each lasting 1 hour 30 minutes, held face-to-face and/or by videoconference. Over the course of the three sessions, theoretical input is combined with practical exercises such as :
- Identify and measure emotions and complex emotional states made up of several emotions,
- Draw an emotional trajectory linked to an event (before, during and after), identifying the nature and intensity of each emotion,
- Draw up an action plan for experiencing the same event differently, with different emotions.
This training program draws on the trainee's personal experience to anchor what has been learned. In other words, the trainee will experiment with the method and apply it to his or her own life, so as to be able to use it with a beneficiary.
Means for monitoring action implementation and results
At the end of the training course, the trainee fills in a sign-in sheet and a satisfaction questionnaire to assess the benefits of the training.
