Lastly, particular attention will be paid to the writing of the skills assessment summary, including the pace and method of writing, as well as the different models that can be used.
The ORIENTACTION® skills assessment method Ebooks
Target skills
The "Accompanying a beneficiary of a skills assessment" course aims to acquire and validate the following three skills:
-
Conducting an information interview
About the skills assessment by following three steps (listening to the need, presenting the support methodology, finding a solution to cover costs) in order to validate the beneficiary's approach and, if necessary, set up the service, -
Accompany the beneficiary through the various phases of the skills assessment
as defined in the French Employment Code(Articles R.6313-4 to R.6313-8) (preliminary phase, investigation phase, conclusions phase), following the support methodology developed by ORIENTACTION to enable the beneficiary to draw up a realistic and coherent career development project, -
Carry out administrative tasks
(issue a quotation, prepare the training contract or agreement, sign the attendance sheet) by filling in the various regulatory documents, in order to set up and certify the effective delivery of the service.
Teaching resources, methods and supervision techniques
The pedagogical methods used in the training program are based on 6 Ebooks which structure the entire process of supporting the beneficiary of a skills assessment. The Ebooks contain texts, self-assessment questionnaires and tests, which course participants will learn to use using the following pedagogical method: they take the tests themselves, analyze the results collectively, and then present them in real-life situations.
For the skills assessment information interview, training participants are asked to carry out mock interviews in front of the other participants. The other participants and the trainer use an analysis grid to comment on the participant's performance and suggest areas for improvement. With regard to administrative tasks, training participants prepare a complete administrative file to implement and certify the successful completion of the skills assessment.
Ways of organizing distance learning
Asynchronous distance learning is based on a set of audio documents organized into 4 sections:
- Introduction to the method,
- The skills assessment information interview,
- Administrative tasks,
- Support for the beneficiary of the skills assessment through the three main stages (preliminary phase, investigation phase and conclusion phase),
These audio documents must be listened to before the face-to-face or synchronous distance learning course. The reading of a book constituting the theoretical basis of the training is also required.
Pedagogical and technical support and assistance
Support and assistance for distance learning is provided by the training manager. This support is provided by email or, in an emergency, by telephone. The contact details of the training manager are given to the trainee at the start of the course.
Means for monitoring action implementation and results
During the training, you :
- Fill in an attendance sheet and a satisfaction questionnaire to assess the quality of the training (trainer's pedagogical skills, quality of teaching aids, etc.),
- Take two knowledge assessment MCQs, the first at the start of the face-to-face or synchronous distance learning course, to assess what you have learned during the distance learning course, and the second at the end of the face-to-face or synchronous distance learning course, to assess your level of knowledge and skills at the end of the entire course.
After the training, you :
- Produce a video presentation of the skills assessment as part of the information interview (based on audio support in MP3 format).
People with disabilities
Training is open to all, and all types of disability will be taken into account within the limits of the skills, human and material resources available for the training course. If ORIENTACTION does not have the material, technical and human resources to meet the needs of a disabled participant, the latter will be referred either to the ORIENTACTION group's disability advisor, or to a partner organization of the ORIENTACTION group.
Access procedures and deadlines
All requests for training are accompanied by a quotation specifying the cost (including VAT) of the training, as well as the dates on which it will take place. The estimate is sent in electronic format by e-mail. Once the estimate has been accepted and the training contract or agreement has been signed, the training can begin with a minimum lead time of 30 calendar days, to allow for distance learning.
