Objectives
At the end of this training, you will be able to :
- Conduct career development interviews using appropriate tools, as part of an employee's support program (promotion, outplacement, redundancy or termination of contract, etc.),
- Identify interests, motivations and interpersonal skills in order to define a project with the employee, possibly a training project,
- Draw up an action plan to implement a career plan that goes beyond experience and qualifications.
ORIENTACTION's "Conducting a career development assessment" training program uses specific tools to help you better understand an employee's values, needs, personality and main areas of interest, with a view to exploring possible development prospects.

Means for monitoring action implementation and results
During the course, the trainee fills in an attendance certificate,
At the end of the course, the trainee fills in a satisfaction questionnaire enabling him/her to assess the benefits of the service.
An ORIENTACTION training certificate is issued at the end of the course.
A certificate of competence is awarded on completion of the course. A diploma is issued, guaranteeing completion of the training. This diploma gives access to all the tools and methodological aids used by ORIENTACTION as part of a career development assessment.
