SKILLS ASSESSMENT

The aim of a skills assessment is to enable an employee to identify his or her aspirations (values, needs, personality) and analyze his or her skills (resources, knowledge and know-how, soft skills, added value) in order to define a career plan that is consistent with the company's ambitions.

V.A.E.

A powerful tool for retaining talent, Validation des Acquis de l'Expérience (V.A.E.) is a new way of gaining access to diplomas. It enables anyone, regardless of age, nationality, status or level of training, who has been in employment for at least 1 year, to have their professional skills officially recognized by a title, professional diploma or qualification certificate registered in advance with the RNCP.

Support for the Validation des Acquis de l'Expérience (V.A.E.) aims to develop the ability to formalize in writing and present orally the skills acquired through professional and/or personal experience in relation to the reference framework of a title, professional diploma or certificate of qualification previously registered with the RNCP.

Accompanying the Validation des Acquis de l'Expérience (V.A.E.) also helps to develop a number of soft skills, including boldness, oral communication and self-confidence.
