Coaching to prepare your Parcoursup application

The objectives

The aim of coaching to prepare the Parcoursup application is to help each student maximize their chances of getting into the program of their choice, particularly those that are known to be selective. These programs are often the fast track to the most prestigious careers and the best-paid jobs. In this context, it is not enough to have a plan: you also need to know how to give yourself the means to achieve it. Thanks to structured support, young people learn to showcase their background, express their motivation, and demonstrate that they have the qualities expected by the selection panels.

  • Get to know yourself better to make choices that align with your personality
  • Explore different fields and careers based on your skills and values.
  • Developing a realistic and motivating career plan
  • Preparing your Parcoursup application
  • Gain confidence and motivation when facing deadlines

The process

Formula Without oral preparation

4 two-hour work interviews:

  • Understanding and analyzing the requirements of the written assignment
  • Writing an optimized resume (taking the Harmony 16 soft skills test)
  • Writing the cover letter
  • Preparation of a complete application file presenting the young person (their background, personality, aspirations, and skills), their career plans and how these relate to their chosen course of study, the careers they envisage pursuing after completing their studies, their strengths for success, and areas for improvement.

The benefits of the "Orientation Assessment" for parents

The "Orientation Assessment" reassures parents during a period that is often fraught with doubts and tensions. It allows them to ensure that their child is making informed choices that are aligned with their abilities and deep motivations. By investing in this assessment, they avoid costly mistakes associated with late career changes and support their child in a more fluid and coherent career path. It is also a way to share a common language with them, to better understand their aspirations, and to encourage them in a realistic project that offers a promising future and confidence.

The benefits for young people

For teenagers, the "career assessment" is a decisive step that promotes self-awareness, clarity, and motivation. It helps them identify their talents, values, and interests in order to build a plan that suits them. This work boosts their confidence and gives them solid guidelines for preparing for Parcoursup and their study choices. Young people can plan for the future with greater peace of mind, gain independence and maturity, and find meaning in their academic efforts. The assessment thus becomes a real springboard toward a chosen path rather than one that is imposed.

Testimonials from young people receiving support

"I had a genuine interest in political and social issues, but I didn't know how to convey that in my Parcoursup application. ORIENTACTION coaching helped me structure my thinking, clarify my plans, and write a much more mature and motivated education plan. I learned how to connect my background, my commitments, and my ambitions. My application was clear, consistent, and true to who I am. I was accepted into IEP, which was my first choice."
Clara, IEP / Sciences Po
"I thought that only results mattered for engineering school. I realized that the application also required me to show my motivation and ability to plan for the future. Working on my resume, soft skills, and cover letter helped me better explain my interest in engineering and innovation. The final application was much stronger and more structured. I was admitted to a school with an integrated preparatory program."
Mathieu, Engineering school with integrated preparatory classes
"ORIENTACTION coaching really helped me gain confidence in myself. I learned to value my interpersonal skills, my interest in business and marketing, and my personal experiences. Before, my plans were vague. After the coaching, my application was clear, motivating, and consistent with the Marketing Techniques program. I received several positive responses and was able to make my choice with peace of mind."
Sarah, BUT Marketing Techniques
"I knew I wanted to become a nurse, but I didn't know how to express it properly in Parcoursup. The coaching helped me put my motivations, values, and vision for the profession into words. I also gained a better understanding of the selection panel's expectations. The final application truly reflected my commitment and maturity. I was accepted into IFSI and felt much more relaxed throughout the entire process."
Élodie, Nursing School (IFSI)
"For a communications school, I knew I had to stand out, but without going overboard. The Parcoursup coaching with ORIENTACTION taught me how to structure my ideas, assert my personality, and make my application more creative while remaining professional. I understood what schools really wanted. My application allowed me to enroll in a communications school like ISCOM, and I feel completely aligned with my choice."
Julien, School of Communication
