Coaching for preparing the application file and oral exam for a Master's degree

The objectives

The goal of master's preparation coaching is to help each student maximize their chances of getting into the program of their choice, especially the most selective ones. A master's degree is a strategic step: it marks the beginning of specialization and largely determines access to the most skilled professions and the best-paid careers. In this context, it is not enough to have good results: you also need to know how to showcase your background and convince the selection committees.

Through structured support, students learn to analyze their strengths, clarify their career plans, express their motivation, and demonstrate that they possess the qualities expected by selection committees.

  • Identify the master's program that best suits your profile and aspirations
  • Developing a coherent and motivating career plan
  • Highlighting your academic background and experience
  • Prepare a strong application (resume, cover letter)
  • Prepare for potential selection interviews

The process

Formula Without oral preparation

4 two-hour work interviews:

  • Understanding and analyzing the requirements of the written assignment,
  • Writing an optimized resume (passing the Harmony® 16 soft skills test),
  • Writing the cover letter,
  • Preparation of a complete application file presenting the young person (their background, personality, aspirations, and skills), their career plans and how these relate to their chosen course of study, the careers they envisage pursuing after completing their studies, their strengths for success, and areas for improvement.

Benefits for parents

Master's preparation coaching gives parents real peace of mind. In an admissions system that is often considered complex and selective, it allows them to better understand the issues at stake and to support their child in the right way. This professional guidance provides reassurance about their choice of specialization, reinforces the coherence of their academic project, and reassures them about their future prospects. Parents gain confidence knowing that their child is receiving structured support that maximizes their chances of being accepted into the master's program that best suits their profile.

Benefits for parents

For students, this coaching is an opportunity to stand out and give their career path a clear direction. It helps them identify the most relevant master's program for their background and ambitions, build a coherent and motivating career plan, and put together a strong and convincing application. Thanks to personalized advice from the coach, they learn how to highlight their experiences, express their motivation, and prepare for potential interviews. This work not only increases their chances of admission to a selective program, but also builds their confidence, maturity, and ability to steer their professional future.
