An ORIENTACTION® consultant works with both individuals and public educational institutions (middle schools, high schools, universities, business schools, and engineering schools). Their role is to help young people get to know themselves better, clarify their goals, and build a coherent and motivating educational path. Using recognized methods and exclusive tools (personality, interest, and values tests), they support each pupil or student in successfully choosing their career path and entering the workforce.

The intervention can take several forms:

Individual meetings with pupils or students for personalized support.
