ORIENTACTION assists over 3,000 people a year. Beneficiaries are invited to complete a satisfaction survey at the end of their skills assessment. Here are the latest results of our surveys.
Did the skills assessment meet your expectations?
- 5% of beneficiaries consider that the results of their skills assessment exceeded their expectations,
- 75% of beneficiaries consider that the results obtained from their skills assessment correspond 100% to their expectations,
- 17% of beneficiaries consider that the results of their skills assessment correspond to their expectations by 75% or more,
- 3% of beneficiaries consider that the results of their skills assessment correspond to 50% or less of their expectations.
i.e. a 97% satisfaction rate. These high results mean that we must continue to do our utmost to offer you support that lives up to your expectations.
What you gained most from your skills assessment with ORIENTACTION
- 37% of beneficiaries consider that the skills assessment above all gave them a better understanding of themselves,
- 34% of beneficiaries consider that the skills assessment above all gave them a better awareness of their assets and potential,
- 23% of beneficiaries consider that the main benefit of the skills assessment is a clearer vision of their professional and/or personal situation,
- 6% of beneficiaries consider that what the skills assessment gave them most was a better knowledge of the job market and training courses.
The primary objective of a skills assessment, as we understand it at ORIENTACTION, is to gain a better understanding of one's aspirations (values, needs, personality) and skills, in order to draw up a professional and personal project that will make you happy and successful.
The projects implemented following skills assessment
At the end of the skills assessment :
- 48% of beneficiaries decided to undertake training to retrain for a new career. The skills assessment enabled them to determine the training they wanted to take and the means to finance it,
- 17% of beneficiaries opted for a "rupture conventionnelle" in order to move to a new structure more in line with their aspirations.
- 15% of beneficiaries decided to create or take over a business,
- 13% of beneficiaries decided to stay in the same job and change their outlook on their situation by investing in other areas of life (sport, leisure, hobbies, voluntary work).
- 6% of beneficiaries chose to move internally but to another position,
- 1% of beneficiaries decided to take a sabbatical year.
